There’s always room for improvement, especially when it comes to websites and helping users find the decorative painting finishes they are looking for!
We were motivated to redesign our site to ensure friendly and straightforward searches through our rich photographic archive of interior design projects. Whether users are on a mobile phone, iPad, or desktop computer, images may be readily found by simply clicking on buttons that filter the photos by category. The vast majority of decorative painting sites do not offer this ease of navigation.

Decorative finishes pictured include Venetian plasters, painted finishes such as glazing and stenciling, faux finishes such as woodgraining, marbling, and trompe l’oeil. Also shown are select examples of painted furniture, architectural gilding in gold leaf or other metals, plus imaginative landscape and children’s murals. Of particular note is our section on the exquisite art of reverse painting and gilding on glass known as verre églomisé.
In addition, the new website opens up with featured, recently completed, decorative painting and interior design projects in large format color photos. As the user scrolls down our home page, or clicks on the navigation dots on the right, there is quick and relevant information. They will see what the latest Christianson Lee Studios news is, who our principal artists are, and how to connect with them for a free initial consultation.
