This month’s issue of Connecticut Cottages & Gardens magazine features a Hudson River landscape mural which we created for a Dining Room.
In homage to our client’s military service and alma mater, the mural depicts West Point Academy and its bucolic surroundings.
As part of a larger feature on the work of interior designer John Douglas Eason and the personal family history of homeowners Cynthia and David Kim, the magazine spread also showed other views of their residence.
Above is the Grand Foyer where we stenciled an elaborate but subtle damask pattern on its two-story walls, with a complex diagonal weave pattern on the dado.
